Support Group for Loved Ones of Individuals in Eating Disorder Recovery

Unbound Recovery offers an ongoing free virtual support group for loved ones of individuals with eating disorders and/or other disordered eating behaviors.  This group is open to family and friends of a loved one who is in eating disorder treatment, in recovery, or who has not yet sought treatment for an eating disorder.  Groups will be offered in an open and ongoing format.  Participants are encouraged to attend weekly.  The group will begin July 11th from 7 PM to 8 PM and will continue every consecutive Tuesday.  Spots are limited, so register or reach out to Unbound Recovery today!

Group offers participants a safe place to:

• Discuss how to support your loved one, navigate recovery, find work/life balance, and more
• Learn tools to develop healthy coping strategies for your own wellbeing
• Build a strong community of support with a group

Unbound Recovery is offering a free recovery support group for individuals struggling with body image, self-worth, self-esteem and disordered eating concerns.  

Recovery Support Group offers participants a safe place to:

• Discuss difficult topics such as body image, identity, navigating difficult social situations, work/life balance, stressors, and more
• Build a strong community of support with a group
• Increase self-worth, challenge negative thoughts, and practice coping skills

MEETING TIMES: Group meets Tuesdays from 5:30-6:30 pm
