Initial Visit - $250 (Same day payment of $125)
Follow Up Visit - $170 (Same day payment of $125)

We do accept HSA. Patients can save the card information in their PB account as the card on file as they would a credit card. We can provide a more detailed receipt if needed for their insurance.
