Our collaborative nutrition and mental health team offers in-person and virtual visits. We accept all ages for our mental health and nutrition services.
Our Registered Dietitian Nutritionists and licensed mental health therapists offer individual sessions, family-based treatment for adolescents, as well as group education and support.
Our services may be particularly helpful to:
- athletes who would like to evaluate and tailor an eating plan that meets their nutrition needs
- those who struggle with body image, self-worth, depression, anxiety, or self-harm
- those who experience disordered eating patterns, are picky eaters, or feel a loss of control when eating
- those needing an additional professional and peer group support for their recovery
