Job Title: Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Location: Manhattan, KS 

Schedule: Full-time or Part-time hours available

Start Date: Immediate opening

Supervisor: Director

About the Position:

Part-time and full-time options available. A typical day might include individual sessions, a shared lunch or food exposure with a client, team collaboration, and time for documentation--all in a warm, recovery-focused environment where you're supported to grow and rest.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintains and enforces clinical program structure and policies of Unbound Recovery.
• Is creative in therapeutic interventions to include homework assignments, food exposures, meal/snack supervision, etc.
• Effectively communicates with the patient's outpatient care team, including outpatient therapist, primary care physician, psychiatrist, etc. to ensure continuity of care.
• Actively participates in weekly multidisciplinary team meetings for the purpose of case review and discharge planning.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge and practice of effective counseling skills and therapeutic interventions specific to eating disorder treatment.
• Demonstrates an ability to build therapeutic rapport with patients and their families.
• Maintains professional credentialing with insurance panels.
• Communicates regularly with the office staff regarding patient schedules and information necessary to billing.
• Timely completion and accuracy of clinical paperwork: progress notes, group notes, etc.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Licensed dietitian in the State of Kansas.
2. Prior eating disorder experience is welcome, but not required. We provide structured onboarding, supervision, and CEDS-track mentoring to help you develop deep expertise and confidence in this specialty. Passion for working with Eating Disorders is a must!
3. Good oral and written communication skills.

4. Strong collaboration skills.
