Sydney has experience as a clinical outpatient clinician providing Medical Nutrition Therapy to individuals suffering from chronic diseases. Additionally, Sydney has experience as a cooking class instructor teaching participants how to create cost-friendly, satiating and satisfying meals. She is currently working towards her Certification as a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS).

Sydney strives to create meaningful relationships with her clients, so they can feel safe to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences with food. Sydney believes in providing empathetic and compassionate care for her clients and understands that each person is unique and recovery is nuanced. With this understanding, she aims to collaborate with her clients to create individualized nutrition care plans for recovery.

Personal Hobbies and Characteristics
In her free time, Sydney likes to spend time with friends and family going to local eateries, live local music events, camping and backpacking. Sydney also likes to read, listen to podcasts, and crochet in her alone time.
